Easy Textures - Granite 1

For this one, you need the plugin filter Toadies 2 by Ilya Razmanov. Download it here (428 kb). This filter is free. Unpack it and copy the files to the ..\Paint Shop Pro\Plugins\ directory. The next time you start PSP, the filter should be included in the Image - Plug-in Filters menu. For detailed instructions, go to the Filters Installation page.

Start with a new image, Size 400x400, Background Color: White, 16 Million Colors.

Step 1:
Set White as foreground and Pink R = 255, G = 128, B = 192 as background color.
Fill the image with the pink color.

Step 2:
Image - Special Filters - Add Noise.
Select Random and 20% Noise.

Step 3:
Image - Special Effects - Hot Wax Coating.

Step 4:
Image - Plug-in Filters - Toadies - Metalwork
I used the default settings except for Reflection 1, which was set to 100.
