Easy Textures - Brushed Metal 2

Start with a new image, Size 400x400, Background Color: White, 16 Million Colors.

Step 1:
Image - Special Filters - Add Noise.
Select Random and 5% Noise.

Step 2:
Colors - Grey Scale.
Colors - Increase Color Depth - 16 Million Color.

Step 3:
Set Foreground Color to R = 230, G = 214, B = 66.
Image - Special Effects - Hot Wax Coating.

Step 4:
Image - Deformations - Motion Blur.
Set Direction = 90 Degrees and Intensity = 40 Pixels.
Do this procedure three times.

Step 5:
Image - Resample. Custom size = 200x200.
Done.

If you want a sharper structure, just use Sharpen or Sharpen More.
