Engine:

·        Nichols lightened flywheel.

Makes the engine pick up revs much quicker.

·        Zeke lightened clutch and carbon fibre clutch cover.

Like the flywheel, this mod helps the engine pick up revs. It's a lot more quiet than the stock clutch too.

·        Ferracci 11:1 high comp pistons.

·        44 mm inlet valves.

·        DP carbon fibre cam belt covers.

Looks nice together with the other carbon fibre bits.

·        Open air box with performance air filter.

Helps the engine breathe and makes a lovely noise.

·        BOS open exhaust slip-ons.

Play that funky music... LOOOOUUUUD!!!

·        High performance spark plugs and wires.

Didn't notice any big improvements but the yellow cables sure look nice.

 Brakes:

·        ISR fully floating brake disks.

Increased braking performance..

·        SBS Dual Carbon brake pads.

Works really nice with the ISR brake discs.

Transmission:

·        z=43 rear sprocket.

Now the engine revs a little more freely.

Chassis:

·        Race Tech front fork valves and springs.

Really improved the front end. The front forks now feel firm instead of stiff and that "lock up" feeling is gone.

·        Front forks raised by 4 mm.

Combined with the rear increase in ride height this mod really improves the feel of the bike. A must do for every SS.

·        Öhlins shock, ride height increased by 4 mm.

A real improvement. I could have gone for a softer spring for the stock shock but I wanted the ride height adjustment.

Bodywork:

·        Fibre glass full fairing.

The bike came with a special half fairing but I wanted a full fairing.

·        Fibre glass seat cover.

If you want the single seated look and still want to be able to carry a pillion this is the way to go.

·        Carbon fibre air deflectors.

When I added the full fairing I thought I might as well go for the carbon fibre version of the air deflectors.

·        Carbon fibre front fender.

The carbon fibre front fender and hugger were already on the bike when I bought it so I wasn't complaining. Looks really nice in the sunlight.

·        Carbon fibre hugger.

Looks a lot better than stock. I cut mine down a bit to improve looks even further.

·        Projection head lights.

Actually these give better lighting than stock. They also improve the looks of the bike, at least that's what I think.

·        Mercedes Vito front turn lights.

Makes the front view of the bike a little bit slimmer.

·        Custom built rear turn signals.

This mod really improved the look of the back end.

·        Relocated licence plate and licence plate illuminator.

This is one way of getting rid of that big, ugly, stock licence plate hanger.

·        All visible plastic and rubber wires relocated to the inside of the frame.

This cleans up the frame and looks really nice I think.

·        Rims powder coated.

Gives the bike a little "racier" look.

·        Custom built exhaust/passenger foot rest hangers.

Since I do a fair amount of two up riding and wanted a high level exhaust I had to make new exhaust/passenger foot rest hangers. I'm pretty pleased with the result.
