TFF is one of the few research and policy think tanks that are
actively engaged and on the ground in Iraq.
Our mission is to listen to Iraqis of all walks of life, understand
their side too. To experience what it means to look at the world from
Baghdad - something you can't do while sitting comfortably in Europe
or the U.S.
Like in the case of the Balkans and after September 11, there are
wiser, more productive, things to do than to bomb, invade, occupy,
kill and humiliate. TFF explores and advocates conflict-resolution
and reconciliation, people-to-people dialogues and promotes the
finest goal of the UN Charter: "peace by peaceful means".
