7.62 KK PKM

The Finnish PKMīs came with the east German BMP-1/2 infantry fighting vehicles Finland bought in the 90īs from the unified Germany. But later on they have also spread to other units replacing KvKK, these later PKMīs have been bought directly from Russia. Generally they are well liked weapons because of their firepower and the better reliability compared to to the light machine gun KvKK. It is also mure suitable in the sustained fire role than KvKK.
