This is a screenused 300 bloody spartan shield prop. Based on the epic graphic novel by Frank Miller, "300" is a ferocious retelling of the ancient Battle of Thermopylae in which King Leonidas and 300 Spartans fought to the death against Xerxes and his massive Persian army. Facing insurmountable odds, their valour and sacrifice inspire all of Greece to unite against their Persian enemy, drawing a line in the sand for democracy…

This shield was used in the high action battle scenes in the film and features prop made battle scars in the form of ‘gashes’, prop blood smears and arrow induced divots. The shield measures 88cm (34.5”) across. Made of vac-formed plastic, the shield has leather bound handles on the inside, and a material covering on the back. The shield is labelled as a "Stage 1", "Hero 1" - version referring to the level of damage it has. Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity / official paperwork and documentation from Warner Bros. Studios confirming the provenance.

Comes in a amazing custom built plexiglass display case with a plaque and 8 movie stills from SCREEN USED, the case meachures 42.5" wide x 37" tall x 8.5" deep (108 x 94 x 22 cm).
