Download help The following details should help you use the cm2-downloads.

Once you have downloaded the update files, back up your cm2 data files, then unzip the files (you need the win-zip program) over the top of your original cm2 ones, start a new game, and you will be playing an updated version of CM2 with all of the current leagues with correct teams, all management changes in effect and all the transfers that have taken place since the game was released changed.

If you are using the 96/97 update, download the second file aswell and unzip this file after unzipping the other; the game will still start in 1996 as in the 96/97 update.

The new files does not affect your previously saved games.
