The Championship Manager 2 1997/98 Enhanced version was released on October the 10th. This is the last
version of Championship Manager 2, since the new Championship Manager 3 should be ready in September
1998.
The Championship Manager 2 97/98 Enhanced version contains the following improvements:
- Play 3 leagues at the same time. Choose among England, Scotland, Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Holland, Portugal and Belgium.
(You need 16 MB ram to play 3 leagues at the same time.)
- All the updated 97-98 squads and league changes.
- The new 24 team Champions League format.
- The new UEFA Cup format.
- More, and improved background pictures that relate to the current game scenario.
- Name penalty, free kick and corner takers.
- Under 21 International matches.
- More information given about transfers, results and injuries involving the big names in football.
- 32 players in a squad (i.e. an extra 2 players).
- New search options to find new players.
