Step one: Tie in two threads of antron at the end of the hook, if you want a rounded body you can tie a body of dubbing first, you can also use lead- or copperthread.

Step two: Hold the two threads as the picture shows and bring a crochetneedle as the picture, then bring the needle up so that the red thread pulls behind the shank of the hook but in front of the blue at the overside, tighten the not.

Step three: Hold the two threads as the picture shows and bring the needle as the picture shows, pull the needle up so that the blue thread is in front of the red thread and the shank of the hook, at the overside the blue thread will be behind the red thread, tighten the knot. Repeat step two and three alternatly until the body is finished. Good Luck!!
