The show will have a four colour catalogue, the foreword
of which will be a summary of the show written by
Mona Sahlin, who represents the Swedish Government
and the Estonia Trust Fund.
It
is hoped that a leading museum curator will also give
views on contemporary art, its function and its applications.
It will outline the objectives and the ethos of the exhibition
and provide background information on some of the art
and artists featured within Heart2Art.
Exhibition venues will be chosen which are
accessible and have an atmosphere conducive to the feeling
that Heart2Art seeks to convey. Each venue will be designed
to ensure that the art shown is balanced to present each
artists work in the best possible light.
All five shows will have a"by invitation only" premier
evening to which Government ministers, members of support
groups and representatives of concerned parties will be
invited. The entire show will be filmed on video for use
on the world wide web.
