This big and beautiful villa is located just outside Alvor and Portimão on the popular and quiet Monte Judeu. The big garden of 5150m2 contains many different fruit trees and flowers. It´s very well maintained by a year-round gardener. The garden also includes a small golfpractice area with 9 holes and a Boule course (boccia). The whole property is surrounded by fence with two big gates for cars. The wonderful poolarea includes a swimmingpool (5x10m), a poolhouse, 8 sunbeds and a grill. The area is looked after year-round by poolservice. The house have 4 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have separate entrances. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer. The house has a babybed and chair as well as Satellite-TV, CD, Radio and DVD. Towels and linen are provided. A maid is looking after the house once a week. AC is available and can be run for extra charge. The roof has a big sunterrace with distant view over the sea, Alvor, Lagos and Portimão.
