Drumlib is a freeware program that I wrote to make is easier to
create drumexercises that you can both see and listen too.
The program is written in Macromedia Director 8.0 and I used Adobe Photoshop
for graphics.
Here you can download the latest version plus addons and drum exercises.

Use Drumlib as a drummachine thats really easy to program.
Use it as a sketchbook.
Every musician can use it to practise time with.
The idea of the program is that you have windows containing patterns. For example:
![]() |
![]() |
![]() |
![]() |
![]() |
![]() |
Copy a pattern by clicking on it and paste it on the "workspace".
By placing different patterns next to each other you can make different combinations:

You could then add text to explain how to practise the combinations.
Make a good layout of text and patterns, save it to disc, send it to a friend
with e-mail or print it.
