Our products

Our vegetables are always delivered freshly picked. You're always welcome to join us in the vegetable field and choose your own onions, squash or cabbage. If you wish, then you may dig up your own carrots or pick peas, wax beans or broad beans yourself. At the farmhouse you may walk around the herb garden and find fresh basil, salvia or mint. There are cucumbers and tomatoes in the greenhouse that ripen on the plant . In the summer we have plentiful quantities of currants and gooseberries for picking.

Our customer's description of our eggs " They taste just the way they used to." It is possible to buy freshly-ground flour of rye, wheat or barley - we'll even grind this for you whilst you wander around the farm or maybe relax with an ice-cream. We can even deliver high quality vegetables during the winter. In the greenhouse, where you can pick thyme and salvia, the leeks remain firm and green all winter. In the vegetable cellar, where they stay crispy and juicy until the spring, we store cabbage, carrots, beetroot, swedes and parsnips. With the advent of spring, everything comes to life in the greenhouse, first the chives, parsley and radish and later large heads of lettuce and spinach.

We have been growing organic vegetables for many years - since 1969. We are under the continual control of Demeter and also Krav. In our farm shop you will find an extensive selection of organic goods such as cripsbreads, biscuits and rusks, herbs, unrefined sugar, dried pulses, pasta, cheese, fruit and different teas. Can you be tempted by organic pop-corn and crisps, or coffee which is not only organically grown but is also tasty?

Are we too far away? We come to Ljungby each Saturday and are in the market square from 8am. If you wish to order larger quantities and have difficulty carrying them, then we can transport your goods to your door.

We are under the continual control of Krav.
