Non-LEAGUE RECORD
Prior to joining the Lancashire Combination in 1900, Accrington S. played in some more junior competitions in North-East Lancashire. They began in 1894-95, finishing second to Knuzden in the Accrington & District League, also competing in the North-East Lancashire Alliance. The following year Stanley joined the North-East Lancashire League, finishing second. They then joined the North-East Lancashire Combination for 1896-97, when they finished fourth. In 1897-98 they won the North-East Lancashire Combination title.
